FACILITATION

LET’S GET YOU SORTED

“We just need some help getting clarity.”

‘It’s hard to see the wood for the trees’ has never been a truer statement than a team trying to come up with a clear plan to achieve strategic goals.

Yes, collectively you have an idea of what you want to achieve and why, but what will that actually look like when you achieve it, and how will you get there? Everyone has their own perceptions, ideas and experiences to bring to the table, which can make these noisy discussions.

Also, often these strategy meetings are run by one of the subject matter experts, which is challenging when they need to both contribute and facilitate.

This is where having an external facilitator can help. With my support, we’ll take a clear, logical path to get clear on the end game, and work our way back to come up with a plan. I’ll help you cut through the noise, and free up the whole team to participate.

  • “Your workshop was great and really got to the root of our issues, brought the team together and helped us to understand what was needed to move forward. Our team responded well to your delivery and were highly engaged in the process.”

How I can help you

Engage me for facilitation when you need support for:

  • Developing a new strategy for your business

  • Creating the plan to support your business strategy

  • Developing a framework to bring clarity to your ways of working

How I work with you

  1. Book in a discovery call – so I can hear about your objectives, and see if I am the right fit for your business and what you want to achieve. Book your call here.

  2. Proposal – I’ll then send you through a proposal. If it’s all good, we’ll lock in a date and get cracking

  3. Briefing call – over Zoom, I’ll take a detailed brief of your desired outcomes for the session, background information, and who will be in the room.

  4. Reverse brief – I’ll document what we discussed in the briefing call, and send you a reverse brief to make sure we’re all on the same page.

  5. Session outline – I’ll develop a session outline and send it to you to ensure it suits how your team operates, and that it covers what you expected.

  6. Meeting – I’ll make sure I show up when you need me to! See my requirements below.

  7. Post-event debrief – I’ll collate the outcomes of the meeting into a package, then take you through everything over Zoom. This is also an opportunity for both of us to share feedback and insights, and determine next steps.

Make sure you have a quick read through the high-level Ts&Cs here.

Facilitation requirements

  • Flip charts and markers – if you don’t have these available, a whiteboard will work. Alternatively I can source these for you and add the cost as a reimbursement to your invoice.

  • Room – the room should have natural light and space to move, and tables set up in a way that encourages group discussion.

  • Parking – depending on location, I may require parking at your premises.
